My daughter loves Sesame Street, so for her birthday party, I made Elmo and Cookie Monster cupcakes. I decided, since they are fuzzy monsters, I couldn’t really go wrong.

My sweet husband bought me the COOLEST cupcake pan! Instead of putting candy in the center of the batter, hoping it won’t sink to the bottom but discovering in the end… it has, this pan has a skewer in the center, designed to hold candy, fruit, etc. WOAH!
I use this BBQ sauce for everything! It’s so much better than anything you can buy in a bottle and is pretty easy to put together. I’ve also bottled this sauce and given it away as gifts. It’s great to use on chicken, pork or even hamburgers!
