Cookie Dough Dip

Today I went to a friend’s house for a potluck birthday party. I forgot to make something until this morning so I threw together this cookie dough dip. It’s so easy to throw together quickly and pretty amazing. One of my friends said, “This is so good! I hate you!” Now that is a true compliment.

Last week, we wanted to make cookies, but were too impatient to scoop cookies out and bake them in batches. So instead, we poured all the dough in one pan and called them cookie bars. They were FABULOUS!
