Last week I had some delicious dill dip and a hankering for potato chips to dip. I’d heard of making potato chips in the microwave before and thought I’d give it a try. I knew I’d either have a delicious treat or blow the door off my microwave. Luckily, my microwave in still intact, and I got to enjoy delicious (and not fried) potato chips with my dill dip.

3 Freezer Meals

Every once in a while, I get a wild hair. Sometimes it’s positive; sometimes it’s just crazy. An example of “crazy,” is the tradition that each time my husband goes on a business trip, I feel the need to paint a wall in the house. Lately I’ve had a wild hair that benefits my entire […]

Pumpkin Roll – Step by Step

While I love pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and sweet potato anything, my favorite of all the Fall/Thanksgiving treats is a pumpkin roll. It has all the deliciousness of a cake, but there is frosting in every bite. And I’m a firm believer that most solid food is simply a vehicle for frosting. I know for […]
