Christmas Candy-Cane Kiss Cookies

Last week, I posted a variation on my favorite chocolate chip recipe. Since I just can’t get enough of this recipe, I decided to do one more variation. I took the traditional Hershey’s Kiss cookie, but gave it a Christmas twist.

Mint Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies

I started these cookies off with my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. The only change I made was, I left out the 2 cups chocolate chips and instead used 1 cup mint M&Ms and 1 cup Nestle winter dark chocolate and mint morsels. The effect was wonderful!!!
