Dessert Pizza: Fruit vs. Candy Bar

Last week, I decided to introduce fruit pizza to my family. The problem is… I have two members of my family, who think they will promptly drop dead if they come in contact with the majority of fruits. So, I decided to make a half and half pizza. Half fruit for myself and my daughter, and half candy bar for my husband and son. I think everyone was satisfied with the result.

Surprise Filling Cupcake pan

My sweet husband bought me the COOLEST cupcake pan! Instead of putting candy in the center of the batter, hoping it won’t sink to the bottom but discovering in the end… it has, this pan has a skewer in the center, designed to hold candy, fruit, etc. WOAH!
