No-Fail No Bake Cookies

This week, my family and I are on vacation. WAHOO! So rather than write a long post, I thought I’d share one of my favorite recipes with you; No Bake Cookies! These are one of those great classics I just sometimes crave. This is the best recipe I’ve found and never fails to set up perfectly (p.s. I use creamy peanut butter). I make the lowfat ones all the time and the very first time that I have ever made them,they set up like they were suppose to. However,after that they did not…the receipe that I used said they would not set up if the humidity was not right…so they only made them one time per year ..that was at Christnas time! They still taste good anyway!:-)
