No-Fail No Bake Cookies

This week, my family and I are on vacation. WAHOO! So rather than write a long post, I thought I’d share one of my favorite recipes with you; No Bake Cookies! These are one of those great classics I just sometimes crave. This is the best recipe I’ve found and never fails to set up perfectly (p.s. I use creamy peanut butter). Just click on the title or the picture for the recipe. Enjoy!

Yours are beautiful. Mine never look that good. What’s your secret?

      Patty,
This is actually the picture for the original creator of the recipe, but getting them to look that pretty is easy. Just us a small ice cream scoop (similar to one you’d use to scoop out cookie dough onto a baking sheet) to scoop the cookies onto the wax paper. This is also much easier than using a spoon. Good luck! 🙂

We just spread them on a Silpat to cool, then break them into random pieces. Not as pretty, but so much easier.

I remember making these in home-ec class in junior high. Everyone seemed to have a hard time getting them right. Yours look awesome.

I make these all the time and they are great, our family loves these! I did make the lowest ones and the first batch I have ever made set up perfectly! The rest has never set up like they were suppose to and according to the receipe that I got it from ,you have to make sure the humidity is right or this will happen.however they are always good@:-)
