Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

A reader recently asked me if I had a good recipe for pumpkin cheesecake. I stumbled upon this recipe by chance while browsing allrecipes.com. It has become a family favorite. This is our Thanksgiving pumpkin pie every year, but I can’t think of a good reason not to make this all throughout the year!!
